As part of the implementation of Ministerial Order 1275 (startups diploma - invention patent diploma), Prof. SARI HASSOUN Zakaria, director of the i2E center at the University of Tlemcen and who was appointed by the Minister of higher education and scientific research as an expert at the national commission for coordination and following innovation and university business incubators, paid a working visit to the University of Bechar, it is a new addition to the University of Tlemcen and the student center to encourage innovation.
